Rokko Leadframes (formerly known as Jade Precision Engineering) was incorporated in Singapore in 1989. Since 1st March 2011, we are the wholly-owned subsidiary of Rokko Holdings Ltd which is listed on Catalist-Stock Exchange of Singapore (SGX).

Our principal business activities include the manufacturing of semiconductor lead frames and stamping tools design for the semiconductor lead frames industry. Our products were sold globally with our major clients concentrated in South East Asia and China.

The use of lead frames in the semiconductor industry has advanced by leaps and bounds since its first inception into the electronic products. Miniaturization and the need for more components on the same or smaller-sized PCB board has pushed the design from a simple concept with minimum number of leads connecting the electrical architecture of the chip to the main circuitry of the PCB board into an intricate and complex design.

Today Rokko Leadframes is an ISO 9001 & ISO 14000 certified with factory located in Singapore and Malaysia.

With further support from Rokko Technology (our fully equipped tool shop) and Rokko Systems (our equipment automation division), the company is poised to be one of the most advanced and competitive player in the semiconductor industry. Rokko Leadframes, with a work force of 169 employees (as at 30 April 2011), is committed to deliver with excellent quality to all our valued clients.
