Jade Precision Engineering Pte Ltd ("JPE"), incorporated in Singapore,is a wholly owned subsidiary of United Pacific Industries Limited which is listed in the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (Stock Code: 176).

The use of leadframes in the semiconductor industry has advanced by leaps and bounds since it first inception into the electronic products. Miniaturization and the need for more components on the same or smaller-sized PCB board has pushed the design from a simple concept with minimum number of leads connecting the electrical architecture of the chip to the main circuitry of the PCB board into both an intricate and complex design.

JPE is proud to be able to support this advancement since 1981, meeting both stringent dimensional and quality requirements, through our stamping and etching technological know-how.

To be on par or even surpass the trend, JPE has committed its R&D effort in other processes such as paddle design, stamped BGA and QFN with downset.
